Year of a family in Russia – every year!

2008 has been declared by year of a family. But why only year? A family – one of the major components of a modern society and without it a society as that, cannot exist. The state has more recently started to show really care of families, especially supporting young families. Undoubtedly, results are from carrying out of the given measures, but, judging by the slogan, all attention is given to a family only in 2008. Will pass time, attention to problems of families it will be given any more so much, as today.

In connection with a difficult situation in the world financial market, before young generation there are very big problems: habitation acquisition, worthy work and the salary which could provide family etc. For stable development of our society, improvement of demographic conditions it is necessary to help young families, to create for them softer conditions on the mortgage, to do additional grants as the parent capital, to do surcharges for paternity.

Idea of the parent capital in payment of 250 thousand roubles for a birth of the second child – good support. The government as has increased age by reception of the capital till 35 years to parents. But to receive this money, for example, on habitation acquisition it is possible only in 3 years after its birth and if already now closely to live with two small children in small apartment? Such subtleties should be considered in the circumstances what to stimulate young men to creation of young and strong families which will know that the state to care of them and in every possible way supports.
